The challenge was to create a short and meaningful advent calendar for Mandarina’s Christmas collection. As a confectionery brand known for its biscuits, Mandarina wanted to tell a festive story through a luxury gifting box that beautifully blended the spirit of Christmas with their range of treats.
Our task was to craft a design that not only captured the warmth and magic of the holiday season but also elevated it into a premium, story-driven experience.

Approach
Our approach was to bring the spirit of Christmas to life through storytelling and illustration. Inspired by Santa’s little workshop, we created a charming narrative where elves are joyfully baking cookies, capturing the magic behind the scenes of Christmas. This story unfolded across the advent calendar’s packaging, allowing each element to reveal a part of the festive tale.
Through this, we transformed the gifting box into more than just a collection of confectioneries. It became a visual story that celebrates the warmth, wonder, and craftsmanship of Christmas.
